On Thursday September 15 I was invited to attend the spottersday held by Spottinggroup Leeuwarden and the Koninklijke Luchtmacht (Netherlands Air Force) for the occassion of the annual Luchtmachtdagen (Air Force days).
The weathhr was perfect as was the position along the runway. Arrivals had to make a backtrack in front of the spotters which was very good.
